She is an award winning freelance writer who was the recipient of the Yahoo Contributor Network's Rising Star Award in 2011, as well as frequently being among the platforms 500 most prolific writers. In 2013, she published a small collection of poetry titled Scarlet Awakening, as well as her debut novel titled Shadows of Morrow. She has a variety of projects upcoming, most notably her next novel titled The O'Mara Vanishment, which is slated for release in early 2014.
Haury lives in Philadelphia with her husband and children. She is a fervent supporter of the arts, especially unsigned authors. She is a classically trained musician who loves listening to a wide variety of music beyond the classical arena, including Mumford and Sons, Florence and the Machine, the Beatles, and more.
