Retired from the US Navy, Cody has professionally written more than a dozen programs for Naval information security systems. He is also active on Quora.com, where he is a “most-viewed” writer in a number of programming, certification, and technical disciplines.
In addition to three editions of his Learning to Program Using Python series, Cody has also authored a fantasy novel, entitled "The Master's Keep" and hopes to turn it into a series.
