As a 2008 graduate of Loughborough University with BSc Hons in Communications and Media Studies and having completed a dissertation researching spin and Alastair Campbell, I continue to have an interest in political communication. Having joined the election campaign of prospective parliamentary candidate Andrew Bridgen in the summer of 2009, I focussed my efforts in contributing to an election victory which secured a 12% swing in the General Election of 2010. Currently employed as the Parliamentary Assistant to Andrew Bridgen MP, my experience includes Former Voluntary Leicester Representative for WaterAid and Local Media Coordinator successfully raising £10,000 in 2009, Former Leicester Asian Business Association (LABA) Board Member, and Board Member for LABA Women’s Network.

Andrew has worked for the Direct Democracy movement as well as co foundering the successful Reinstate Roger Helmer campaign. Andrew worked for seven years as campaign manager and election agent for the Conservatives in the North West Leicestershire constituency.
