She spends her days reading, writing, and hanging out with her dog, Chester. A child of the seventies and eighties, Gregg grew up on Saturday afternoon monster and sci-fi movies, paperback horror novels that her mom bought her at the grocery store, and creepy television programs like Night Gallery, In Search Of, and The Outer Limits. A former nyctophobic (that’s just a fancy way of saying she was afraid of the dark), Gregg looks back on those torturous sleepless nights of imagined spooks and boogiemen with a sort of twisted nostalgia, with a desire to be creeped out by ghosts and ghoulies and to have her heart beat fast at the thought of what might be lurking behind the closet door.
