He progressed to specialising in Exercise Rehabilitation instructing within Hedley Court - the World's number one Rehabilitation Centre for injured military personnel where he developed techniques and practices to help his patients recover.
His passion for individuals to understand how they can protect their body and make it function better by practising set movements required for everyday living grew. He has studied coaching, mentoring and self-development and now combines his experience, qualifications and dedication to delivering a wholistic approach to health and wellbeing to create positive change for generations to come.
Danny is driven to hitting the inactivity crisis where it will hurt and is delivering workshops nationwide to educate youngsters and those responsible for them to act now.
