Turning up at the local club league race, he was hooked. Still a member and now biding his time between the Cycling club, Blackwater triathlon club and Grange athletic club, variety is his mantra. As a cyclist Kealan has raced competitively at national standard and currently plays an active role in guiding new cyclists and triathletes to their chosen goals. As a triathlete, he has numerous podium places in regional races throughout the South of Ireland, and in 2011 competed in the European duathlon championships in Limerick. Running took over in 2012, part curiosity and mostly stuck for time, a decision to concentrate on running paid off handsomely in the shape of a new found passion for a sport that, at one time he thought he would never get a handle on. With over 25 years racing in his legs, it doesnt look like he'll be stopping anytime soon.lihat lebih sedikit
