Patricia le Roy has two daughters and two grandsons. She lives in Paris, and has travelled extensively in Europe, America and Asia. Material acquired on her travels frequently serves as the settings for her books, which include historical fiction, romantic comedy, and political thrillers set in Burma, Russia, and Eastern Europe.
