She studied many different facets of natural healing and became certified as a nutritional counselor and herbalist. She also studies with Bernard Jensen who is the pioneer of Iridology. She is fascinated with the mind-body connection and studied Bach Flowers and Aromatherapy to help with the emotional aspects of healing. She also studies the five element theory, as it relates to nutrition, Ayurvedic medicine and Homeopathy to provide a broad perspective of healing.
She recently release her book “First Aid HELP, naturally” which she felt was badly needed and hopes this will book will help people become self sufficient in healing their own health problems. She believes healing requires transformation, which requires personal participation.lihat lebih sedikit
