He served four years in the U.S. Army’s Airborne Infantry, where he conducted a 15 month combat tour in Iraq with F Co 51st Infantry – Long Range Surveillance Unit, stationed out of Fort Bragg, NC.
After the Army, he acquired his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he completed an Associate of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Austin Community College.
