Wendi is the author of a book about knowledge management methodologies, Practical Knowledge Management: The Lotus Knowledge Discovery System, published by IBM Press. Wendi joined IBM/Lotus in 1996, and has worked on various projects as a spec writer, online help designer, user assistance manager, and lead for search and taxonomy for w3, IBM's corporate intranet.
