He is pastor emeritus of Foothill Bible Church, Elderwood, CA of which one missionary commented, “He is the only Anglo pastor I know of an ‘indigenous’ Anglo church, focused on training lay leadership.” Pastor Fox is now retired from full-time ministry but continues to serve as President of Orthos Ministry, Inc., (www.orthosministry.org), a church and organizational problem solving ministry.
