While he enjoys his work, his longstanding desire to write again was rekindled in him and he set out to write his first novel. This effort has been chronicled on his website SStevenSmith.com on which he noted the good, the bad and the ugly parts of his progress towards this goal. After a lot of hard work, his debut novel, “Inheriting S.O.F.I.A.” was released in 2018.
