Gary received a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bath, and a Ph.D. in Satellite Communications from the University of Bristol. Gary has worked in the telecommunications industry for the majority of his career, initially in the UK and then in the USA until 2016. He has published numerous articles on technical subjects.
