I wish I had this book when I was pregnant! As a runner, I struggled with not knowing how much activity was acceptable during my pregnancies. No one talked to me about how helpful it would have been to work on my core strength and my pelvic muscles. The book provides pertinent information, answering questions that some moms are reluctant to discuss with even their care provider. As a physician, I now have a reference for my active/athletic pregnant patients.
