My first professional employment as a Developmental Chemist, involved the development of the electrode configuration for the electrical dissolution of spent nuclear fuel elements. After three years, he accepted training and assignment as a nuclear reactor engineer. During the thirteen years of nuclear reactor operations, he progressed and advanced to a certified Nuclear Operations Shift Supervisor. He committed his spare time to obtain a Master of Business Administration with specialization in financial management. He progressed in the nuclear field as a Nuclear Project Engineer, and managed the design and construction of large value Nuclear Projects. He retired as a Principal Nuclear Project Engineer, and specialized in the financial management of high value projects. After retirement, his focus shifted to financial opportunities, and results based systems.
