She received her nursing from UCLA, and served as a labor and delivery hospital nurse, a public health nurse, and a mental health nurse. Jeffre went on to earn her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology.
She completed Margot Anand's sacred sexuality teacher training and served as an instructor for Margot's year-long Love And Ecstasy Training. She also completed Dr. Alberto Villoldo's Light Body School program, and she served as lead teacher for his Four Winds Society, an international academy of shamanic energy medicine. Jeffre completed the series of six Sex, Love, And Intimacy workshops hosted by the Human Awareness Institute. Additionally, Jeffre received her certification as a massage practitioner from the School of Shiatsu And Massage at Harbin Hot Springs, California.
