Helen is also co-founder of Global Business Leaders, a leadership development consultancy for the 21st century that supports organisations across Europe and globally.
Helen is committed in all her work to promoting positive, open and respectful communication. Whether as coach to individuals, teams or when running leadership development programmes, she takes a coach approach, encouraging active participation for purposeful and lasting change. She believes that this means being accountable for one's own leadership. Leadership as a service to the whole organisation, and the organisation's service to its widest communities.
Helen is a highly valued executive coach with a strong background in international leadership development. She has gained over 20 years' experience in leadership positions in manufacturing, sales and distribution with a large multi-national company. She has also run work for MBA students at a major university business school.
The strengths Helen brings enables connection, professionalism and deep learning.
She has co-created the Discovery Prism framework featured in the book to share its benefits more widely for current and future generations.
