She thought she didn't belong because her friends all had a 'normal' shape and size. She learned from an early age that food made you 'feel good' and food meant 'love.' Family gatherings were all focused on food and connection.
When she was 10 years old, Karyn's father died. She began using food as the solution to resolve her loneliness and grief, as did her mother.
After spending years finding confidence and balance in her own life, today Karyn has a burning desire to help others find balance on the inside too. She has an Adv Dip in Hypnotherapy and is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis trainer. She is a qualified Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Master Practitioner of Positive Psychology & EQ Facilitator. Karyn is an NLP Coach, Reiki Master and a Creatrix® Transformologist®. She is a Certified Practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology and Touch for Health, goal setting and health metaphors for Kinesiology and a Certified Practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Energy Psychology.lihat lebih sedikit
