Thomas C. Jones, MD, graduated from Case Western Reserve Medical School. He became professor and chief of the Division of International Medicine at Cornell University Medical College (1972–1985). He has authored three books and over two hundred research articles. Betsy M. Chalfin, MEd, received a master’s degree from the University of Illinois. She was program coordinator for the Division of International Medicine at Cornell, then academic administrator in the Department of Neurology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Beth Israel Medical Center, New York.
