In 2007, Dr. Duke was introduced to the 501c3 art and education foundation, Art Creation Foundation for Children (ACFFC) in Jacmel, Haiti. She began doing service learning projects, then going to Haiti to teach art. Now she is the USA Executive Director of Operations. Her goal is making a difference in the lives of those she meets. Together, she believes that we can make this world a better place. Won’t you join her? Josie Eli Herman, illustrator, is a multi-avenue artist, working as a photographer, painter, theatrical actor, and director. She lives with her husband and greatest artistic collaborator, Michael, in Southeastern Michigan.

Art Creation Foundation for Children (ACFFC) is a non-profit organization created in 2003 for the personal growth, empowerment, and education of at-risk children in need in Jacmel, Haiti. ACFFC presently serves 36 young people.
