She is a Survivor and Warrior of many traumas, such as surviving abuse, Addiction, Religious Trauma, Toxic Relationships, Abandonment, and Divorce (x3). She struggled to live with Chronic Pain and invisible illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, gastroparesis, Psoriatic arthritis, Diabetes, and constant migraines. She had a diagnosis of Bipolar, CPTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and suicidal thoughts, all by the age of 26.
From an early age, Naty exhibited an intuitive understanding of energy dynamics and their profound impact on human health. This innate curiosity led her on a journey of self-discovery and exploration into various healing modalities. It was during this journey that she discovered Reiki. This transformative practice resonated deeply with her empathetic nature and desire to facilitate healing connections. Her dedication and devotion to the craft earned her the title of Reiki Master, a testament to her mastery of the art and her commitment to guiding others on their paths toward healing.
In 2023, Naty's vision and passion culminated in creating Naty H.E.A.L.S. In this virtual sanctuary, individuals seeking balance, harmony, and renewal can find solace. The site is a hub for holistic resources, Reiki sessions, self-care practices, and information to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being.
