doctor recommended reading poems many years
ago as each reader may have a different insight
depending upon their mood and perception of
the writing. If this book helps even one person
not to feel alone or isolated then it has served its
purpose. Many people have helped me when depressed and tried to stop
things escalating further and some have stuck by me to this day, however I
