While accruing a trade in the tooling industry in the early 1960s, he also began his religious studies under the personal teaching ministry of Bishop LA Parent, then bishop of the apostolic church. After returning to his home state, he continues his studies, applying his knowledge in creating this new Goliath Awaits series. He is a retired machinist by secular trade and widowed, with three grown children and three grandchildren.
