Was by no means an academic high achiever, but did excell in sports. Joined the Air Force at age 17 during the Viet Nam War after graduation he enjoyed tours in Germany and England. Seperating in 1981 he obtained degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Upon graduation he returned to the AF only with the Civil Service this time. In1997 he obtained his Master in Public Administration. This year he received his 30 year pin for serving his country.lihat lebih sedikit
