After receiving her B.S. degree from SUNY @ Potsdam, she worked for several years as an account executive at a top ten Public Relations firm in New York. She is married and has three children. While raising her three children she earned a M.S. degree from Wagner College, Staten Island and began teaching English at local private high schools on Staten Island.
