Writing poetry has been a means of self-expression and a means of sharing with others in times of job, illness, celebration, discouragement and meditation.
Mavis and her husband Doug have four adult children and seven grandchildren who have been a joy and an inspiration for many of the poems. Mavis was an Elementary School Teacher until her retirement. She remains active in the Warsaw Presbyterian Church and community activities.lihat lebih sedikit
