Being a huge fan of Morning Glories, Impressionist Painting, cats and spice, he believes in using nothing less than the heaping teaspoon of life’s ingredients. He is a follower of the philosophies of both Zorba the Greek and Buddha, believes in oneness, except when there is a need for many, and can be seen writing wherever there may be Zen in the air.
