An author of two literary fiction novels, a Registered Nurse of 45 years, a wife and mother of two, Nana to four, I grew up in the small Midwest town of Hoopeston, Illinois in the 50’s and 60’s when life seemed much simpler. I feel every child needs the time to pretend, to make-believe, and to daydream.
