At school he was Head Boy, Victor Ludorum (2 yrs) and he was awarded two caps for the England Schoolboys Rugby (18) Group. Worked in industry for 10 years then in the family retail business 11 years and then as a barrister for 19 years. Three children, all Gradutes with two grandchildren each.
