He joined the First Canadian Parachute Battalion during the World War II, and later married and had seven children. A successful general contractor and avid golfer, his true passion was reading. In his unquenchable thirst for knowledge, he read thousands of books on an incredible range of subjects, all the while taking notes on the facts and insights from each book that intrigued him most. This book is a collection of the thousands of handwritten notes he took and collected over a 60-year period. He spent much of his final years painstakingly transcribing and organizing his notes electronically so the publishing of this book could be possible.lihat lebih sedikit
