The conviction that creation shows forth the glory of God leads him to base his subject matter on nature in all its diversity. He works in various media, drawing, painting, sculpture, mosaic, and stained glass. His interests are not confined to the visual arts alone; he is also a teacher in the fields of art history, drama, and religious studies. Recently he has concentrated on writing poetry. He holds bachelor’s degrees in education, philosophy, and psychology, as well as a master’s degree in fine arts.
