Hermann Lischer spent most of his professional career far from home and by doing so highly developed his managerial skills within a multicultural environment. He was very fortunate to have the support of his wife, Margrit, who was a firm part of his international career. Upon return to the country of origin Hermann experienced the reverse cultural shock, which most expariates face upon the return to their roots. After one year "at home" he decided to again venture abroad where as Margrit decided to stay in the country of origin. Hermann can be best described as being quick, ingenious, good at many things, resourceful in solving challenging problems without appetite for routine assignments.lihat lebih sedikit
