When she saw children reading to trained dogs in the library she immediately thought, "The Paws program needs a book!"
A native of the area, Juliette enjoys writing children's books about local landmarks and programs for children. She wrote "The Little Light Shines Bright", "The Train of Lights", and her involvement with Special Olypics inspired her to write "'Im Special Because I Smile". Her three children encourage her to keep writing and many times they help her with the storyline to make it fun to young readers !
