Ms. Kesten has authored more than eighty articles in national and international journals and magazines, including the Journal of the American Medical Association, Yoga Journal, and Veggie Life. Her first book, Feeding the Body, Nourishing the Soul, received the prestigious Independent Publishers’ Book Award in 1998, and she was honored as a “healer for the new millennium” by Healthy Living magazine.
