Wilson enjoys working with and contributing to the quality of life for others. She is a founder and past executive director of the Susquehanna Art Museum in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In concert with her Russian counterparts, Elaine co-founded the first two private schools in the USSR in Moscow, Russia, beginning in 1989. As a watercolor artist, she has exhibited in both group and one-person shows. Her art is in private collections in the US and Europe.
