This experience qualifies me for the life advice that I offer. I am self taught in the culinary field and I have twice appeared on a regional culinary TV show in the Albany NY area.
In the spring of 2011, I moved to South Florida and I feel this has affected my life and my work more than I ever thought it would. Since moving to Florida my book has become a reality and I am in the best physical shape of my life.
