Neal realized that organizations seldom fail because of a bleak financial reports related to inefficient business operations but more often because of organizational issues involving corporate culture, expectations and a lack of a shared and compelling vision.
Because of Neal's success in turning failing corporations around he went on to writing medical regulatory legislation, testified as a policy expert before the state attorney general and chaired statewide policy steering committees.
Neal has competed in triathlons, century bike races and multi-state bike tours. Neal is an author, professional educator, personal growth coach, entrepreneur, adventurer and a self-professed opportunity collector.
