Phillip is a Zig Ziglar certified speaker with over 30 years’ experience as a leader in business and the community, from entrepreneurship to working with huge companies like Regency Hotels, Flooring America, and Oak Creek Homes, Phillip’s expertise has been in realizing that PEOPLE are business’s greatest asset and resource; the product of the business is the vehicle to earn a living for your family! He is known as the “Turn-Around Guy,” helping other businesses create and execute a new plan of action to achieve success and profitability through a 180° turnaround.
Success does not mean Phillip has had no failures. Success means he has had MANY failures, barriers and obstacles to overcome. He has learned from his failures to surround himself with great people and teams, working his plan to “get UP and get back in the game” to OVERCOME the obstacle!
Phillip is an amputee from a devastating motorcycle accident on November 9, 2008. He was not expected to live and almost died seven times in the first ten days. His success lies in his “Attitude of Gratitude and Appreciation,” knowing he is blessed to be ALIVE. His passion is to share the message learned from life, business, and Zig Ziglar’s programs.
