Tallard's first novel, "Deranged Impulse", was the result of a personal experience as the victim of a stalker. Although the idea for "Deranged Impulse" came from personal experience, the novel is fictional.J.D. Tallard was born and raised in upstate New York, but relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in the spring of 2009. Now retired, J.D. Tallard is enjoying being a full-time author.
