He graduated from San Jose State University with a Master's degree equivalent and taught Special Education in college as an Adjunct Professor and also was a counselor at the California School for the Deaf as well as an Interpreter for the Deaf, wrestling coach and sports official. He currently lives in Fallbrook, California with his dog. He enjoys road racing motorcycles, herpetology and has written various books including children's and fiction.
