She had wanted to be a professional speaker and trainer for many years but had used every excuse under the sun – calling them ‘reasons’ – and the clincher was ‘You’re turning 50: forget it! You’re too old’.
Instead of listening to that inner voice, Bev decided to go for it, and in 2007, just after her 50th birthday, she established Master Networking, a speaking and training business teaching professionals how to network strategically. Her client list today reads like a Who’s Who of accounting, legal and financial institutions.
That success led to her writing Now We’re Talking: Inspiring Stories for Mature Women, a candid account of her personal and professional journey, peppered with tips on how to overcome self-doubt and make the move you’ve longed for, and backed up by the lessons and learnings of twelve other amazing women. Bev has also since established Women’s Business Now, mentoring women to realise their dreams.lihat lebih sedikit
