Born and raised in Long Beach, CA she went to University of San Francisco, worked in corporate america then decided to sell everything in the hope of discovering another side to life. On her 30th birthday she took what would fit in a backpack and traveled solo for 13 months, working on farms and finding remote destinations in developing countries.
