Após cinco anos de intensa esbórnia e discussões etílico-filosóficas graduou-se Bacharel em Administração pela UFRN aos 22 anos. Pensando em ganhar o mundo, picou a mula e foi morar em Londres onde já fez de tudo um pouco – desde segurança de night club e chefe de cozinha até vendedor de cosméticos e boia fria (fria mesmo porque colher cenoura no inverno não é para os fracos).
Atualmente ele trabalha como executivo na área de inteligência corporativa, mas continua recebendo salário de boia-fria. O autor ainda não ganhou o mundo, mas fez bons amigos e colecionou ótimas estórias pra contar.
Réquiem Para Infância é o seu vigésimo livro – um dos poucos que ele conseguiu passar da quinta página e o único que ele conseguiu terminar, e apesar de algumas semelhanças entre ficção e acontecimentos reais, todos os personagens, infelizmente, são produtos de sua imaginação... ou quem sabe?
Joao Costa was born in Natal, RN in a sunny July morning; nonetheless he enjoys rainy days and finds the snow rather sexy.
After five years of intense revelry and ethylic-philosophical debates, he got his bachelor degree in Management when he was 22 years old. Wishing to conquer the world, he saddled his horse and went to live in London wherein he had to make a bit of everything in order to survive – from bouncer in a dodgy night club and chef de cuisine in an even dodgier restaurant to cosmetics salesman and farm worker (picking carrots in the winter is not for the weak).
Currently, he works as a sales director in a business intelligence company, but still earns as a farm worker. The author has not conquered the world yet, but he's made some very good friends and collected great stories to tell.
Réquiem para Infância is his twentieth book – one of the few he's managed to get past the fifth page and the only one he could complete so far. Notwithstanding the similarities between fiction and reality, all the characters in the book, unfortunately, are a product of his imagination... or maybe not.lihat lebih sedikit
