To date, she has done 13 Broadway productions, two national tours, and numerous regional and off-Broadway shows. Highlights include the Broadway productions of The Phantom of the Opera, Little Me, and The Full Monty. After decades in the entertainment industry, Anderson became a college professor in 2005, creating such courses as Identity and Alienation in the Drama of Alan Ball. Fields of interest include pop culture, musical theatre and postcolonial drama. She has graduate degrees in theatre and English. In her freetime, she has been directly involved in some of the more popular viral campaigns surrounding True Blood, including “True Blood on Twitter” and Facebook character pages.
