Garrido was born in Argentina, South America, but lived most of his life in Connecticut. He wrote his first short story in 1972, and began his first love story in 1982 on an old typewriter he found on the curbside. He has been writing off and on ever since.He published his first short story "Beyond a Simple Human Experience." in 2007. His second book in the Bagel Chalet Series "Future Bonds" in 2010. He is currently working on the third book "Power Play."In the meantime he is creating the book covers for the short stories he wrote many years ago and plans on having several of them published in 2011.
