Originaly from Essex, I moved from the London suburbs to further along the Thames estuary then on to a remote little village on the east coast in an old, haunted farmhouse.
On an impulse our next home was on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, a location which is as inspirational for any writer as you could hope for.
I have had even more occupations than I have had homes, (good material for a writer): a law agency researcher, high-rise painter, Fireman, faux paint-effects specialist to name a few - oh and author of course.
Along the way I have encountered some interesting characters and situations; a rich fund of material which I invariably incorporate into my stories.
