She also wanted to write for children because in her own childhood she was never read to, and reading was not encouraged by her parents and relatives.
Katherina is now a very avid reader and dedicated student of children’s books. She deals daily with mothers and other relatives who have family children that crave new and interesting stories that encourage their future reading.
She is convinced that the key to all learning is the ability to read, and read well.
