This is my first short story.
I attended Penn State University, Abington Campus for a brief stint before enlisting in the Navy. I was a jet mechanic in the Navy, and was stationed in Lakehurst NJ, HS-75 squadron. One day, my grandchildren will ask me "What did you do during the war, Pop Pop?" I will have to tell them that while in the service, I received an award for competing in the All Navy Talent Contest (magician) and a commendation for my participation in Operation Santa Lift.
I attended the American School of Diamond Cutting, Gardenville NV and worked for several years in the jewelry industry.
Today, I work as a liturgical arts design consultant for the St. Jude Liturgical Arts Studio.
