After a hiatus of some 28 years, I wrote this book out of a father's love for his child. Having got the "desire to write" I wish to connect with other writers and promote my book, as well as continue writing.
Life has been good to me, despite breaking my back in 2006 in a paragliding accident, I recovered to compete in the Pro Mr World championships in 2007, and have made a full recovery. Various film parts, and a few commercials keep my life varied. More recently I have undertaken to get involved in training stroke victims and assisting in their rehabilitation.
