Knowledge and background experience she acquired previously working in Human Resources Management. Lauren has written several short stories and work as a Medical Professional where she learned compassion to help others in the form of “Giving.” Writing this “Self Help Journal” is her greatest masterpiece and brought much joy than she could have ever imagined, always wanting to be a part of something bigger than her-self. Lauren is a divorced mother of 2 daughters, concludes she is living life “Worry Free” as a child of God, always pushing forward never looking back.
